Full Time Baker

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team and produce high quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to food safety and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing baked products.

Responsibilities:

1. Measure and mix ingredients following recipes to follow bread
2. Operate and maintain baking equipment, such as mixers, ovens and proofers
3. Ensure baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
4. Monitor freshness and discard or refresh stale products as needed
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
6. Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies
7. Experiment with new recipes and ideas to expand the bakery’s offerings

Requirements:

1. 5 days work week including weekend (44 hours rotating shift)
2. At least 1 year of baking experience
3. Able to commit midnight shift
4. Hygiene certificate would be an advantage
5. Able to carry at least 25kg of flour
