Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Supervisor to join our team at our yogurt shop. As the Assistant Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising the service crew, and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service. Your role will include managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and helping to create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Lead by example to ensure a positive, friendly experience for all customers.

  • Staff Supervision: Assist in managing and training the service crew, ensuring adherence to company standards.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of supplies and perform regular inventory checks.

  • Quality Control: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store recipes and standards

  • Operational Tasks: Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining store organization.

  • Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
