Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you organized, friendly, and love being part of a creative, child-focused environment? We’re looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our vibrant dance school. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, communicates well with both local and expat families, able to work independently and is passionate about creating a smooth and nurturing experience for our students and parents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle all enquiries professionally – walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp
  • Market and sell dance programs, trial classes, and retail products
  • Manage scheduling for classes, teachers, and studio events
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, student records, and invoicing
  • Ensure smooth operations of daily studio classes and weekend events
  • Provide excellent customer service and help parents select the right programs
  • Liaise with instructors and team to resolve class-related matters promptly
Requirements
  • Minimum O-Level qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Able to speak and write fluent English and good Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Minimum 18 months commitment
  • Able to work a 5.5-day week, including Saturdays and Sundays (weekday off provided)
  • Outgoing and enjoy working with young children and communicating with parents (local and expat)
  • Nurturing, professional, fun, and dynamic personality
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multi-task independently
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient computer skills – familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with social media is a bonus (e.g., posting, replying to DMs)

Salary Range:

SGD 2,800 – 3,500/month
(Based on experience. Performance bonuses may apply.)
