Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join the team building internal platforms—automation tools, AI-driven workflows, and analytics apps used across the business.

You will ship frontend in React, backend in Django, and design APIs powering data-driven tools, with a strong emphasis on maintainable, secure code and reliable delivery. This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in building and maintaining web applications.
• 3–6 years of experience in web development.
• Curious, detail-driven and self-motivated.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with React and Next.js.
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.

Responsibilities

• Ship frontend work in React and backend services in Django.
• Design and build APIs powering data and workflow tools.
• Translate business requirements into working features with guidance from seniors.
• Adhere to coding standards, security practices and conventions.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists and stakeholders.
• Contribute to shared libraries and reusable components.
• Write and maintain tests for frontend and backend.
• Verify features before shipping and support deployments.
