Ethos BeathChapman is recruiting a Full Stack Web Developer to join the team building internal platforms – automation tools, AI-driven workflows, and analytics applications used across the business. You'll collaborate with engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders, ship frontend work in React and backend services in Django, and design APIs powering data-driven tools.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of web development experience.
• Proficient in React and Django.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience shipping features from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Ship frontend work in React and backend services in Django
• Design and build APIs that power data and workflow-driven tools
• Turn business requirements into working features, with support from senior engineers along the way
• Stick to the team's coding standards, security practices and development conventions
• Join code reviews to sharpen your craft and share best practices
• Work with developers, data scientists and non-technical stakeholders to nail down needs
• Pitch in on shared libraries and reusable components when it makes sense
• Write and maintain tests across frontend and backend
• Help verify that new features hold up before they ship
• Use monitoring and logging to chase down issues in dev and production
• Push changes through the CI/CD pipeline
• Assist with deployments and production issue investigation
