Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Web Application Development

Zeha will lead the development of our next-generation internal tech stack to empower realtors with modern, intelligent tools that streamline workflows and enhance productivity. His scope includes:

● Building powerful web-based tools such as Property Analysis, Promap, and Pro

Analytical Tools under DisparityEffect2.0, ensuring seamless UI/UX and robust data

integrations.

● Designing full-stack applications with modern technologies (React, Next.js, Node.js,

MongoDB) that support real-time analytics, advanced filtering, and intuitive dashboards.

● Working closely with Product Owners, UX designers, data engineers, and stakeholders

to continuously iterate and improve feature sets for realtor effectiveness.

2. AI Avatar Development

In tandem with the company’s push into AI-driven marketing, Zeha will architect and implement a system to generate personalised AI avatars for each realtor. These avatars will:

● Be integrated into various marketing and social media pipelines to help realtors generate leads, increase brand visibility, and stay top-of-mind with prospects.

● Be custom-trained and stylised to reflect the unique branding and personality of each

agent, enabling scalable content production.

● Support integration with external tools and platforms for automated video generation,

voice synthesis, and avatar-driven campaigns.
