- Minimum 2 years in application development.

- Experience in development using Flutter framework, cloud-based solutions, chatbot integration, and analytics-driven features

- Demonstrate adherence to best practices for scalability, security, and performance through:

· Implementation of architectural enhancements for reliable performance under concurrent usage.

· Application of role-based access controls, secure API integration, and data encryption.

· Optimization of Firebase database schemas for performance efficiency.

· Deployment pipeline compliance using CI/CD practices for secure code updates.

- Support role-based access and include the following key features:

· Secure authentication and user account management

· Access to progress and performance data at both individual and aggregated levels

· Built-in communication channel for collaborative learning and peer interaction

· Digital logbook workflow, including creation, updating, endorsement, and review

· Progress tracking tools to monitor completion against required thresholds

· Integrated chatbot for self-assessment and content-related queries
