Job summary

ByteDance seeks a capable engineer to join BytePlus and help enterprise clients build the next generation of AI-powered platforms. You will contribute to the BytePlus website, PRM, AI applications, and growth tools while addressing key technical issues to improve performance and reliability.

You will work with a platform-focused mindset, understand business models, participate in design, and implement scalable solutions that enhance user experience and deliver measurable business impact.
