About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance modern web applications that support school operations and management.

You will work across both frontend and backend technologies to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver better visibility into school operations. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building products end-to-end and working closely with users to create impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern web applications.
• Build new features and enhance existing applications based on business and user requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to production support.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build reusable UI components and optimise application performance.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Backend Development

• Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and business logic.
• Implement authentication, authorisation, and role-based access control.

Database & Workflow Development

• Design and maintain database schemas and application data models.

Minimum Qualifications
