Job summary

GovTech seeks engineers to own design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products delivering measurable outcomes. You will work with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to translate user needs into scalable software solutions in a cloud-native environment.

You will build frontend, backend, and API components, participate in product discovery, and drive engineering excellence through automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in full‑stack development or product engineering roles.
• Experience building, enhancing, and operating digital products in Agile environments, translating user needs into working software.
• Strong frontend skills with modern frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend with REST/GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products.
