Job summary

Vertis in Singapore seeks a Full Stack Lead with strong Node.js and/or .NET skills, plus modern front-end expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.js. You will guide a development team, shape architecture, and ensure robust cloud-based web applications delivered to clients.

You will mentor engineers, drive REST API design, collaborate with customers, and oversee deployments to AWS/Azure/GCP, while optimizing performance, security, and cost-efficiency in the cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or .NET and related ecosystems.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and REST API design.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of MongoDB/MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL databases.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
• Agile mindset with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to pursue relevant technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend services with Node.js and/or .NET.
• Oversee front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Engage customers, present solutions, and walk through demonstrations.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with project teams.
• Ensure backend/frontend integration via RESTful APIs.
• Manage deployments to cloud environments and optimize performance and cost.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality.
• Stay updated on technologies and pursue relevant certifications.
