Job summary

NCS is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (Java) to develop, test, and maintain end-to-end applications across front-end and back-end platforms in Singapore. You will work on resource augmentation projects at client sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements and security standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional experience, proficiency in English, and exposure to enterprise or government

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in developing and delivering application software
• Experience in enterprise or government systems environments preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Application Development & Engineering: analyse requirements, design, develop, test, and maintain modules in line with standards
• Develop full stack solutions using Java for backend and modern frontend frameworks (TypeScript, JavaScript, React, or Angular)
• Ensure code security and best practices; investigate and fix issues for production stability
• System Integration & Collaboration: participate in integration activities, collaborate with analysts, developers, testers and stakeholders
• Support system testing, including UAT; documentation & QA: prepare project artefacts, reports, and governance documents; assist in up-skilling workshops
