Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an energetic intern to support the System Development team in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience in full-stack development, testing, and documentation within a high-performance gaming technology environment.

The role involves frontend work with JavaScript/HTML/CSS, backend with VB.NET/C#, and SQL database tasks, plus collaboration with stakeholders to improve usability and performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Web API development and application testing methodologies.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and .NET language C#.
• Ability to write and maintain clear and structured development documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of applications using Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS3; Backend: VB.NET, C#, Web API; Database: MS SQL.
• Participate in application testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including development specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on usability, scalability, and performance.
