Job summary
Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Salesforce) to enhance and support digital applications for Singapore Government Agencies. The role spans frontend, backend and Salesforce components within an Agile team, 24-month fixed-term contract.
You will work on developing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce solutions, including OmniStudio and REST integrations, while collaborating with product, design and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components.
- Experience with Apex, LWC and SOQL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and system integration.
- Familiarity with Git, testing and CI/CD practices.
- Salesforce certification(s) and practical implementation experience.
- Experience with AWS cloud platform.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale or Government systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScript, FlexCard, Integration Procedures and DataMapper.

- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with product, business, design and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
