Job summary

SHAW SERVICES (PTE) LIMITED invites a skilled full stack developer to join our technology team in Singapore. You will design, develop, and maintain in-house websites, POS systems, and kiosk applications using ReactJS/Next.js on the frontend and .NET Core on the backend.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, implement RESTful APIs, and ensure robust testing and documentation. Opportunities to work with Azure and modern DevOps practices, while contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js for frontend development.
• Solid knowledge of .NET Core and C# for backend development.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and SQL Server databases.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; AI-assisted tools like Copilot are a plus.
• Diploma in IT or CS and strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
• Maintain and refactor legacy systems for performance and maintainability.
• Develop new features for existing and new projects.
• Provide accurate effort estimations during requirements sessions.
• Integrate third-party APIs into existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Engage with end-users to address issues and gather feedback.
• Assist in deploying applications to Azure.
• Continuously optimize applications with new technologies and best practices.
• Create detailed technical documentation.
• Stay updated with market trends and propose innovative ideas.
