Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking a role focused on website maintenance, enhancements, and production support for government CMS platforms. You will monitor performance, fix defects, and respond to queries while ensuring security, DSS, and data protection requirements are met.

The position involves implementing UI/UX changes within CMS constraints, supporting platform upgrades, and coordinating with the project team to close vulnerabilities and verify post-deployment changes.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and web applications.
Ability to troubleshoot frontend and backend issues and implement UI/UX changes.
Experience with deploying updates via CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor website performance and perform defect fixing within service levels.
Implement system enhancements including page templates and component updates.
Support CMS upgrades, patches, and compatibility checks.
Ensure compliance with Government ICT security, DSS, IM8, and data protection requirements.
Assess feasibility of UI/UX changes on the CMS platform and coordinate with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Project Manager to respond to security issues and assist in testing and verification.
Maintain accurate records of work and support reporting requirements.
