Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and enhance high-performance applications. You will work on Golang backend and SvelteKit frontend, crafting GraphQL APIs and scalable microservices in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

The role emphasizes database work with PostgreSQL/MS SQL, code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and mentoring junior engineers to strengthen engineering practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack/Software/Backend Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang, SvelteKit or modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue.js) and distributed microservices.
• Solid SQL skills in PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL; familiarity with GraphQL APIs and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Golang for backend and SvelteKit for frontend components.
• Design, develop, optimise, and maintain GraphQL APIs for data-driven applications.
• Build and maintain scalable, modular microservices architectures.

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Golang, SvelteKit, GraphQL, and microservices architecture . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions while contributing to system architecture, performance optimisation, and engineering best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Golang for backend development and SvelteKit for frontend development

• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures that are scalable, modular, and resilient

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Backend Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang, SvelteKit or modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue.js), microservices and distributed systems, with strong SQL skills in PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL
• Familiarity with JavaScript, GraphQL APIs, CI/CD, automated testing, and Git/version control
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Experience with AWS, Temporal Workflow, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, performance tuning, observability, system optimisation, team leadership/mentoring, C#, and cloud-native distributed application environments
