Overview

Consultant - We are looking for Full Stack Engineers with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our cross-functional product teams, focusing on building impactful, citizen-centric digital solutions.

You will work closely with government agencies and collaborate within product squads alongside Quality Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers, and Product Owners to deliver software products that drive meaningful outcomes for the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with agencies to build, iterate, and deliver high-quality digital products that solve real user problems.
• Collaborate within cross-functional product teams comprising engineers, QA, UX designers, product managers, and owners to deliver user-centred solutions.
• Champion the adoption of modern technologies, tools, and best practices to accelerate product delivery and improve user experience.
• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code that supports rapid iteration and long-term sustainability.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and regular knowledge-sharing sessions to drive team growth and innovation.
• Effectively prioritise and execute product features and technical tasks in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Explore opportunities to integrate Gen-AI tools and LLM APIs to enhance digital services.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Experience working with agencies or on public sector digital products.
• Hands-on experience in Agile and UX-focused development environments.
• Proven experience working in AWS cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js for full stack development.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
• Familiar with AWS and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with Gen-AI tools or LLM APIs is a plus.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Solid programming fundamentals, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development and modern practices such as Extreme Programming, Continuous Integration & Delivery.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a passion for building meaningful public digital services.
