Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced CMS/website technician to maintain and enhance government CMS sites and provide production support. You will help implement UI/UX updates, perform performance monitoring and ensure security compliance in a government environment.

Responsibilities include CMS upgrades, defect resolution, and coordinating with platform teams, PMs and stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant changes with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Government CMS maintenance or equivalent is mandatory, including ops, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment and enhancements.
• Proficiency in frontend and backend development.
• Experience using CI/CD tools such as SHIP-HATS is advantageous.
• Experience supporting government websites is a plus.

• Monitor website performance, perform defect fixing, respond to queries, perform preventive maintenance and optimisation activities within the agreed service levels.
• Implement system enhancements, including page templates, component updates and feature improvements.
• Work with the platform team to support CMS upgrades, patches and compatibility checks on government CMS.
• Ensure compliance with Government ICT security, Digital Service Standards, IM8 requirements, data protection and audit requirements.
• Respond to queries related to UI/UX feasibility on CMS as per proposed designs.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to respond to security issues and perform remediation, testing and closure of vulnerabilities within required timelines; support SIT, UAT and post-deployment verification.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and support reporting requirements.

Role Overview

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Government CMS maintenance or equivalent is mandatory, including providing technical operations and maintenance support for websites, troubleshooting, incident resolution, system monitoring, deployments/releases, and implementation of website enhancements, is necessary.

• Proficiency in frontend and backend development.

• Experience in using CI/ CD tools such as SHIP-HATS will be advantageous.

• Experience supporting websites within the Government environment will be an added advantage.
