Job summary

Talent-Merge is hiring a skilled full-stack software engineer in Singapore to build and support web apps with ReactJS/TypeScript on the front end and Python (Django/FastAPI) on the back end. You will design data-intensive modules powered by AI models and contribute to end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities include extending components for performance, crafting responsive UIs, setting up GitLab CI/CD, and implementing containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in full-stack web app development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (ReactJS/Angular) with Python back-end frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• DevOps practices, version control, automated testing and containerized deployments (Git, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support full stack applications using ReactJS/TypeScript on frontend and Python backends like Django or FastAPI.
• Create new modules for data-intensive AI-powered platforms.
• Refine existing components to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop responsive front-end components translating product requirements into UIs.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Write automated tests and QA frameworks.
• Configure containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and data engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Review peers' code and participate in architecture discussions.
