Job description

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be part of the Application Development team, driving process improvements for various groups within the organization by leveraging modern development practices to automate tools and workflows. Your initial focus will be supporting the Readiness Group in Singapore, building a web application to automate and streamline POA (Plan of Action) tracking, replacing manual spreadsheet-based processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications for process automation and tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze manual workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize progress and measure time savings from automation.
• Migrate existing spreadsheet-based tracking systems to a robust web application.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using Angular (v12–14).
• Build and optimize backend services using NestJS.
• Integrate with AWS cloud infrastructure for deployment, scalability, and security.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Support user training and gather feedback to continuously improve the application.
• Evaluate and plan for potential migration to React for front-end development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (v12–14) for front-end development.
• Solid experience with NestJS for backend development.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL database design and management.
• Experience in net new development (building applications from scratch).
• Familiarity with process automation and workflow improvement.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Bonus: Experience with React and willingness to support future migration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise environments or large organizations in Technology
• Prior exposure to process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of best practices in cloud security and scalable architecture.
• Experience with data migration from spreadsheets to web applications.
