Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript and Python.

• Practice and promote Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

• Work with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL to design and optimize data models.

• Use GitHub for version control, collaborative development, and code review processes.

• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.

• Manage software artifacts using JFrog Artifactory for consistent and secure software delivery.

• Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS, using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical risks.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers in a cross-functional Agile team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience developing full-stack applications using TypeScript and Python.

• Proficient in working with at least one major relational database system (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

• Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control and code collaboration.

• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory for managing artifact repositories.

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on security best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
