Qualifications

• Proficient in Python / Golang / TypeScript; strong full-stack capability across business systems.
• Backend & frontend expertise: API design, permission control, task scheduling, async processing, caching, logging, governance.
• AI application engineering: LLM app development, Prompt engineering, Tools/Skills/Workflows.
• AI-native development: familiarity with AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack AI product capabilities — LLM / multimodal / Agent UI, backend APIs, workflows.
• Build application infrastructure — Prompt / Skills / MCP / Tools integration, moving models from prototype to product.
• Develop scalable backend services — auth, quotas, caching, async tasks, data processing, governance, canary releases.
• Drive AI-native engineering paradigms — vibe coding tools, Agentic Workflows, human-in-the-loop practices.
• Productize complex AI scenarios — optimize performance, cost, interaction quality, and delivery.
