Job summary

QUALITY MEAT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to own the full accounting function, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to value-adding process improvements.

The role requires ACCA or equivalent, 3+ years’ experience, IFRS knowledge and strong Excel skills. You will manage ledgers, financial statements, budgeting support and ERP system optimisation (Odoo / AutoCount).

Qualifications

• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a full Accountant role with general ledger, financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Odoo or AutoCount is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts including general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks and authorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support finance initiatives.
• Maintain internal controls and support risk management.
• Lead inventory stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and ERP optimisation.
