Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive to manage the full accounting function for a growing building materials and construction business. You will maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely financial reporting.

The role covers GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, GST compliance, and statutory reporting, with month-end and year-end closings, budgeting support, and management reporting. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as MYOB/Xero is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling full set of accounts and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST/IRAS reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and various accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and perform month-end close.
• Ensure GST returns and IRAS compliance; assist in audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare management reports and assist budgeting/forecasting; maintain well-filed records.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
