Job summary

VITA GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore requires an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory) and to prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

The role ensures timely month-end closings, GST/SST compliance, and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will maintain up-to-date figures, monitor margins and expenses, manage receivables and cash flow, support cost analyses for Directors, and assist with audits and

Qualifications

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, FA and Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely month-end closing and audit compliance.
• Prepare and submit GST/SST and ensure tax compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date financial figures and provide weekly/bi-weekly reports.
• Prepare & monitor P&L, margin, expenses and highlight variances.
• Manage receivables, collections, and credit control.
• Support Directors with cost, margin and profitability analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances and financing costs.
• Prepare supplier and creditor payments.
• Verify invoices and ensure proper approval and documentation.
• Manage AR/AP ageing, collections and credit control.
• Maintain accounting systems (AUTOCOUNT) and data accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and regulators; support audits and internal controls.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
