• Handles full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening and interview arrangements.
• Sourcing of new clients via cold calls and servicing existing clients.
• Reviews and filters applications, conducts phone/face-to-face interviews.
• Regularly contacts clients/HR to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• CEI Certificate is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular updates and feedback.
• Drive business development and meet sales targets through active client outreach.
