Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accountant for its Woodlands operations in Singapore. The role involves handling the full set of accounts, preparing monthly management reports, GST compliance, and coordinating with external auditors in a manufacturing (food) environment.

The position is a permanent, full-time role based in Woodlands with standard Mon–Fri hours and responsibilities spanning financial reporting, treasury support, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting schedules
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger schedules and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors on audit matters
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyse variances
• Perform GST reporting and support tax-related matters where required
• Monitor AR/AP, bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities
• Support management reporting, budgeting and cash flow related work
• Assist in reviewing accounting processes and internal controls
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
