Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd invites a Finance Manager to oversee full-spectrum accounting for a manufacturing setup in Woodlands, Singapore.

The role covers closing, reporting, and controls using Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a monthly salary in the SG$4,800–6,800 range. You will lead a small accounting team, ensure accuracy of records, manage AR/AP, journals, and audits, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or CPA qualification is a plus
• Min 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience (Manufacturing sector preferred)
• Hands-on experience in full set of accounts
• Knowledge in the application of Financial reporting standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records accurately and timely for monthly close
• Supervise financial operations and a team of accounting staff
• Review, analyze and report on the financial results
• Responsible for full set of accounting and finance related responsibilities
• Review journal entries, AR/AP ageing and stock ageing
• Perform cash flow forecasting
• Facilitate external audit, prepare and review audit schedules and liaise with auditors on audit
• Assess and evaluate the current accounting procedures and systems to improve internal control
• Ensure the compliance of internal control guidelines according to accounting standards and taxation regulations
• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by reporting Manager or CFO
