Role Overview:
Join SPX Express as a Procurement Executive and play a vital role in supporting the operations of a leading e-commerce warehouse. In this role, you’ll be responsible for procuring essential items and other key resources that keep our warehouse running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Vendor Selection: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality vendors for essential warehouse supplies and services.
  2. Contract Management: Reviewing and processing purchase orders in a timely manner. Prepare and conduct tenders while providing strategic recommendations to the Tender Committee.
  3. Operation Deployment: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of procured items.
  4. Cost Efficiency: Identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce consumable costs.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various operational team leads to gather procurement requirements according to business needs.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields.
  2. Experience in supplier management will be an advantage.
  3. Internship or working experience in relevant fields such as Procurement, Accounting, Supply Chain Operations.
  4. Proficient in Excel.
  5. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functional environments.
