Job description

Summary:

• Industry: Contract Manufacturing

• Work Timing (4334)12-hour Shift (Can Choose Morning or Night)

• Working Location: Tampines

Job descriptions:

• Supervise a team of warehouse assistants and administrators to ensure efficient and effective store operations.

• Manage the receiving, kitting, and shipping activities in alignment with the production plan set by the planning department.

• Ensure both system and physical stock levels are accurately maintained and reconciled regularly.

• Promote a safe, organized, and clean work environment by implementing 5S principles and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

• Work with the Quality Department to ensure Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) inspections are completed, and all materials received meet required specifications.

• Monitor work orders and lead the team in timely kitting to support production needs. Escalate any shortages or discrepancies to the Planning team promptly.

• Uphold compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and ensure ethical practices in all operations.
