Key Responsibilities

• Play Application Delivery Lead role to support FinTech Bridge Platform.
• Work with vendor and Senior Team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions, establish delivery timelines and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the vendor tech team/squad, including creating, problem solving, handling technical challenges, and providing proper guidance and support to the technical team.
• Develop end-to-end project technical roadmap, identify technical gaps, and propose solutions.
• Manage & coach a team of tech developers.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of the FinTech Bridge Platform.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Skills and Experience

• 12-20 years of delivery lead experience with hands-on experience in solutioning, developing & delivering agile projects (planning, execution, and team management), as well as managing a team of tech developers.
• Strong tech background with a proven delivery track record, eager to contribute actively within SC Venture community.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and quick learner of systems.
• Good experience as a technical delivery lead with in-depth knowledge of programming (web, mobile, API, database), DevOps, Cloud, infrastructure, data, and analytics technologies.
• Extensive experience with user-centered design processes, working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
