Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate preventative maintenance such as pest control, security management etc
Investigate breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work
Compare and review contractor proposals
Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-> Min. Diploma in Facilities Management related
-> Min. 2-3 years of experience and above in a related role
-> Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification & expertise is a PLUS!!
-> Able to commit more than 2 Yrs!!
