Job description

    As an experienced and results-driven Sales Head in Frozen Foods, you will lead the sales division by planning, developing, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth through new business opportunities, leading a team of sales managers and executives, building strong relationships with key clients and distributors, monitoring market trends, collaborating with marketing teams, setting sales targets, ensuring efficient logistics, overseeing pricing strategies, and providing insights to top management.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (MBA preferred), along with 8-15 years of experience in the FMCG/foods sector, with at least 4-5 years in a senior sales leadership role in frozen foods or cold chain products. You should have a strong network in retail, modern trade, HORECA, and institutional sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, deep understanding of cold chain logistics, strong leadership and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools, and willingness to travel extensively.Preferred skills include strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability, team leadership and performance coaching, familiarity with food safety regulations, and experience in launching new frozen product lines or entering new geographies.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid time off.
