Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work, Community Work, Social Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred for client communication.
• Female candidate required for frontline role and supporting female clients in crisis.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant social service/non-profit experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship/volunteer experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contact at the Step-Up Centre for walk-in, phone, or digital inquiries.
• Triage client needs and connect to internal programmes or government schemes.
• Assist with initial intake, documentation, and applications for financial relief funds.
• Support Case Managers with documentation, follow-ups, and routine checks for Tier 2 cases.
