Job Details:
• Location: Bright Hill
• Salary: $2300 (during probation), $2400 (after probation, based on performance)
• Duration: 1 Year Renewable Contract
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 930am-630pm

Responsibilities:
• Strong customer service skills to support and handle both drivers and customers with their enquiries in person
• Liaise with various teams for case handling, to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
• Assist and support Managers in fulfilling operational tasks when requested by the superiors.

Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience will be good
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin as you will be speaking with mandarin speaking customer
