We are recruiting a Senior/Customer Service Executive (Frontline) for a leading real estate group in Singapore, known for its integrated developments, innovative spaces, and commitment to sustainable urban living.
Responsibilities
In charge of concierge duties.
Conducted mall roving to inspect common areas and retail spaces.
Reported maintenance issues and customer feedback to relevant departments.
Responded to public enquiries & complaints professionally.
Handled and documented lost and found items.
Assisted in executing mall promotions and events.
Performed inspections of marketing and communication displays.
Educated retailers on mall-related systems and procedures.
Managed partner loyalty program redemptions.
Carried out administrative duties.
Requirements:
GCE 'O’ Levels and abovewith 1 or 2 years’ working experience in customer fronting role
Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Other Information:
Location: Bishan MRT
Working Hours: 6 days work week incl weekends & PH, rotating shifts between 9am - 10pm (7 working hours per shift)
Salary Budget: $2800 - $3400 basic + 1 mth bonus
