A leading company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to oversee the Concierge Counter operations. Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in hotel/airline.
  • First aid and AED training is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and commit to weekends and public holidays.

Job description

Working location: Orchard

Working hours: 5 days per week (Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays)

Shift hours: Morning – 930am to 7pm/ Afternoon – 1245pm to 1015pm

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Concierge Counter.

  • Attend to customer enquiries and feedback.

  • Support any general admin duties such as related marketing activities, managing gift voucher sales and reimbursement.

  • Provide administrative and logistics support such as managing lucky draws, gifts redemption for promotional campaigns and monitoring of inventory and logistics of premiums and equipment.

  • All other matters relating to Customer Service and Concierge Counter.

  • Assist with any other adhoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and/or equivalent in Business Administration/ Tourism and Hospitality

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Customer service preferably in the hotel and/or airline industry.

  • First aid and AED training is advantageous.

  • Able to multi-task and possess strong communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientated and able to work independently.

  • Able to commit to weekends and public holidays.
