The Customer Experience Officer

The Customer Experience Officer is usually the first & last point of contact in retail store. They represent the first image to our users/customers and are responsible for ensuring their in-store satisfaction.

My Responsibilities:

• Satisfy users/customers by providing sincere services to meet their needs, respecting our "satisfy or satisfy" policy
• Represent the first & last in-store image of our company, managing customer demands and expectations professionally
• Ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers
• Manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances
• Actively manage click and collect services in the retail store
• Ensure the safety of teammates and customers at the workplace
• Share sports passion and positive energy with customers locally
• Take initiative in training and development
• Handle customer inquiries via email and calls
