Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Technical Lead (Frontend) to direct the design and development of enterprise web apps for a next-gen client engagement platform.

You will steer frontend architecture, coding standards, performance, API integration, testing, and delivery while mentoring frontend engineers. You will lead architecture reviews, design reusable components, integrate with REST APIs and microservices, and ensure security and accessibility across OpenShift/Kubernetes

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of frontend/web development experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Technical Lead, Frontend Lead, or Lead Engineer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with React 18/19, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, TanStack Query, React Router.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and technical design using React, TypeScript and modern frontend engineering practices.
• Provide technical guidance to frontend developers and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Design reusable components, shared libraries, state management patterns, and scalable frontend solutions.
• Develop and optimise complex, data-intensive applications including dynamic forms and dashboards.
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs, microservices, API gateways, and enterprise authentication platforms.
