Responsibilities

About the Team: The TikTok LIVE Platform Frontend team will focus on frontend development. We will also focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions.

We are looking for experienced Tech Lead Manager in the frontend field to build a solid frontend team, lead technology breakthroughs and drive our business to success. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the team to establish strong internal and external collaborations, ensuring efficient and high-quality support for payment-related business scenarios.

2. Develop mid-to-long-term plans for the team, continuously driving innovation in frontend technologies within the payment domain to foster business growth. 3. Build and enhance the team's overall strength, inspiring team and strengthening team cohesion. 4. Possess strong judgment skills, able to identify business priorities, capable of resolving issues efficiently, and driving key projects to achieve significant results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of direct team management experience with a systematic approach to team management.

Experience in managing cross-national teams is a plus.

  • Rich experience in frontend development, excellent technical architecture skills, and experience in consumer-facing or payment-related businesses is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to develop and implement efficient collaboration methods for remote and cross-regional communication, supporting business iteration.
  • Excellent ownership awareness, learning capacity, communication, and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration.

  • Experience in participating in or leading large-scale technical projects is preferred.
