About the Team: The TikTok LIVE Platform Frontend team focuses on frontend development, understanding user needs, identifying opportunities, prioritizing problems, and creating innovative user experiences. We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Manager in frontend to build a strong team, drive technological breakthroughs, and support our business success.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team to establish strong internal and external collaborations, ensuring efficient and high-quality support for payment-related business scenarios.
2. Develop mid-to-long-term plans, continuously drive innovation in frontend technologies within the payment domain to foster business growth.
3. Build and enhance the team's overall strength, inspire team members, and strengthen cohesion.
4. Possess strong judgment skills to identify business priorities, resolve issues efficiently, and drive key projects to achieve significant results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of direct team management experience with a systematic approach; experience managing cross-national teams is a plus.
• Rich experience in frontend development, excellent technical architecture skills, and experience in consumer-facing or payment-related businesses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to develop and implement effective collaboration methods for remote and cross-regional communication supporting business iteration.
• Excellent ownership awareness, learning capacity, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience leading large-scale technical projects is preferred.
