ByteDance invites interns to join BytePlus to help enterprise customers build next-generation solutions. You’ll develop the BytePlus website, GrowthOps platform, and product campaign pages while enhancing performance and UX.

As an intern, you’ll work with Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue). The program emphasizes hands-on experience, industry exposure, and professional growth within a fast-moving tech company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields.
• Software development experience in python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web toolchain.
• Familiar with at least one popular front-end framework (such as React/Vue, etc.).
• Have a strong thirst for knowledge, excellent learning ability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the BytePlus website, GrowthOps platform, PRM system and product campaign pages.
• Analyze and optimize the web application performance, improve the overall user experience.
• Develop the AI playground demos and AI agent application by using LLM.
• Use the latest frontend technologies to tackle complex business problems.
