We are looking to hire a Front office Application support specialising in Fixed Income to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. He/she will provide frontline application production support for the bank’s Global Applications.

This role is the key focal point for the customer/client /associate experience, restoring complex/major production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pursuing root-cause and problem resolution follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works as part of Fixed Income Global Rates Application Support team.
  • Work closely with the Front Office users to handle their issue and queries and find solutions.
  • Manage Incidents and Problem management.
  • Perform start of day, End of Day and start of week checks.
  • Proactively identify issues and resolve with minimal or no business impact.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and automate manual tasks being performed by team.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Fixed Income Application support domain.
  • Hands on experience on Unix platform and commands.
  • Hands on experience on SQL queries and commands.
  • Experience in Monitoring tools e.g. ITRS Geneos, Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace etc
  • Experience in Incident and Problem Management.
  • Understanding of Fixed Income products.

Good to have skills:

  • Shell, Python, VB or PowerShell scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • Tableau experience is a plus.
  • ANSIBLE, TOSCA etc tooling experience is a plus.
