Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Processing guest check-ins and room assignments, following hotel policies and accommodating special requests
  • Assisting with luggage, safety deposit boxes, guest keys, transportation, etc.
  • Collecting payments in accordance with cash handling and credit card policies
  • Answering inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions
  • Pre-registering, blocking reservations, and handling cancellations as per policies
  • Performing night audits and preparing reports
  • Managing loyalty program inquiries, especially for “Bonvoy” members
  • Maintaining punctuality, proper grooming, and professionalism
  • Managing the Front Office team with the Front Office Manager
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management

Other Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Skills in Opera, Marriott systems, and hotel operations; trustworthy and articulate
  • Preferably a Junior Executive in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
