Job Description: Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter? Our reception team and customers are in good hands with you. You will ensure that every welcome and interaction is personalized and warm, not just at the start but throughout the day. You will recruit, train, lead, and coordinate the Front Office team and take on a range of responsibilities. As head of department, you are the primary spokesperson and the link between staff, your team, and Management. You will manage and resolve customer issues and complaints to retain our customers. You will also contribute to marketing Mama services, promoting the shop, the restaurant, and our events. The customer experience must be perfect and you will guarantee it.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, lead and coordinate the Front Office team; manage day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as the direct spokesperson for the department and liaise between staff, team, and Management.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints to retain customers.
  • Involved in the marketing of Mama services, promoting the shop (sales and merchandising of products), the restaurant, and events.
  • Ensure the customer experience is consistently excellent.
Qualifications
  • Leadership that is natural and effective; you can be relied upon when Mama is not present.
  • Ability to identify talents and develop them; you know how to mobilize necessary resources (human, financial, and administrative).
  • Skill in driving sales while maintaining integrity and customer focus.
  • Excellent customer relations and resourcefulness in handling customer situations.
  • Ability to manage pressure and stress; resilience and composure under workload.
  • Respect for confidentiality and the ability to report to management using tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Leading by example and hands-on approach to responsibilities.
  • Ability to optimize sales and occupancy with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Teaching mindset: ability to develop junior staff and foster growth.
