Job Description: Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter? Our reception team and customers are in good hands with you. You will ensure that every welcome and interaction is personalized and warm, not just at the start but throughout the day. You will recruit, train, lead, and coordinate the Front Office team and take on a range of responsibilities. As head of department, you are the primary spokesperson and the link between staff, your team, and Management. You will manage and resolve customer issues and complaints to retain our customers. You will also contribute to marketing Mama services, promoting the shop, the restaurant, and our events. The customer experience must be perfect and you will guarantee it.
