  1. Provide efficient and courteous service to all guests, delivering personalized service in all areas of Customer Service Operations.

  2. Handle guest Check-In & Check-Out accurately, efficiently, and friendly.

  3. Conduct in-room orientations professionally.

  4. Ensure all guest registry information is complete, handled with privacy and confidentiality.

  5. Issue keys following strict procedures.

  6. Familiarize yourself with all property facilities, services, operating hours, promotions, and events.

  7. Stay updated on citywide events to provide accurate information and advice to guests.

  8. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, handling all queries directly unless referral is necessary.

  9. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
