Responsibilities:
Reception duties
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
Handle all payment transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions.
Customer Service
Act as the first point of contact, providing friendly service and concierge support, including local tips and directions.
Address and resolve guest enquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis or private hire vehicles, airport transfers, and shuttle services.
Requirements
At least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry
Team Player
Able to work rotating shifts: AM shift - 7am to 430pm :PM shift - 12.30pm to 10pm (5 day work week)
