Roles & Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests, take orders accurately, and table service with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, advising guests on our menu.
• Communicating effectively with our customers and our team members.
• Preparing the front of house operations and get ready for morning opening and night closing.
• Maintaining operational areas to exceed guest’s cleanliness, comfort and enjoyment.
• Handling guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve the situation.
Requirements:
• Reliable, dependable, energetic and passionate in customer service.
• Communicates well and is excited to be part of a team that is supportive.
• Takes pride in excellent customer service.
• Eager to learn and take on challenges and able to work in a face paced environment.
• Ready to take on additional and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Good command in English
• Comfortable to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
