Job Description & Requirements

FRONT OF HOUSE/ ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Studio Responsibilities

• Lead communicator to all instructors for all studio announcements and class schedules and brief new instructors of our studio policies

• Understand the pilates business and able to share and explain the packages to clients

• Use our booking system to help clients book classes, purchase packages, create new group classes, scheduling, and provide information that client may require. Ensures proper records are up to date.

• To follow a systematic approach for efficient communications at the studio. Ability to refine existing protocols if necessary for efficiency. This includes but not limited to, new clients/trial workflow, messaging system, Trial packages system, attendance of clients, sales packages, clients accounts/payment etc

• Collaborate with and reports to the Director to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly studio goals are met and any problems arise

• Set up weekly meetings, attends company events

• In charge of a clean, organised, energetic, cozy studio

Client Responsibilities

• Lead communicator to all Clients and provide excellent customer service with the ability to clearly state and enforce our studio policies

• Inapt with replying via IG/FB/iM apart from Whatsapp for client inquiries

• Responsible for coordinating new clients from inquiry to scheduling Trials, sharing studio packages, Sales/payment logged- for a smooth trial experience for all clients.

• Assists in studio events, team buildings, scheduling group meetings and team trainings, get togethers.

• Ensures Studio is equipped with instructors and plots out instructors who are on leave/away

• Portrays positive attitude and welcoming image at the studio- yet with authority.

Social Media Communicator: (bonus)

• Idea/Concept generation for social posts especially IG

• Able to post, make reels, simple copywiting, boost posts

• Ability to read basic social data for optimisation

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong multi-tasking abilities

• Proficient in Apple (MacBook, iPhone, iPad), Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets), Dropbox, Evernote, Whatsapp, Instagram, Canva and other basic tech skills

• Systematized with excellent administrative skills - filing, organisation and communication

• Able to think on your feet, high EQ, and communicate to mid-level to C-suite Clientele

• Must be able to commit at least 18 months and attend company events
